Return Policy All book returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Baum & Beaulieu by calling 800-923-2444 during the hours of 8:00am-4:00 pm EST. A Baum and Beaulieu representative will provide you with a return authorization number. Returns may be sent via UPS, Fed Ex and USPS to: Baum & Beaulieu Associates, Inc. 1555 Locust Ave. Unit D Bohemia, NY 11716 When returning, please enclose a copy of your invoice and a note including your return authorization number. Returns will be refunded if a book is in perfect condition -a perfect spine, no writing or highlighting, no bend or damaged corners, no scratches on cover, no torn pages. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns. DVDs, CDs and special offer sales are final. We can not accept returns on these items.
